The Government of Punjab has announced free advanced IT courses under the Chief Minister Skills Development Program (CMSDP). This initiative aims to equip the youth of Punjab with modern digital skills, helping them build strong careers locally and internationally. Successful participants will receive internationally recognized certificates, which can strengthen their chances of securing jobs in Pakistan and abroad.

Available Courses

The program offers two categories of courses based on qualification levels:

For Intermediate & Equivalent Students

  • Java Programming
  • Database Administration
  • Data Analytics
  • Cloud Computing
  • Graphic Designing
  • Digital Marketing

Applicants must have Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/DAE/FA-IT) or equivalent qualifications. Those with FA/FSc (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, I.Com, etc.) may also apply if they hold a basic computer certificate or short diploma.

For Graduate (BS-Level) Students

  • Fundamentals of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Cyber Security

Applicants must have at least a 16-year education (BS/BE in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering) to apply for these advanced courses.

Admission Process

The application process is simple and fully online via the TEVTA Portal:

  1. Visit the official TEVTA Punjab admission portal.
  2. Register with your details and create an account.
  3. Choose your category (Intermediate or Graduation-based).
  4. Select your district, institute, and preferred course.
  5. Fill in personal details (Name, CNIC/B-Form, Guardian details, Address, Qualification, etc.).
  6. Upload required documents:
    • Passport-size photo
    • CNIC/B-Form
    • Matric & Intermediate result cards
    • Additional diplomas/certificates (if any)
  7. Submit the form and download the application receipt as PDF.

Admission Test

Applicants will be required to take an Aptitude/Assessment Test based on the course they choose. Only shortlisted candidates who pass the test will be admitted.
